When things aren’t working, you don’t have to pretend

One-to-one coaching for neurodivergent young people aged 14–18 who are finding aspects of education or everyday life difficult.

Coaching isn't about fixing you, forcing you back into school or telling you what success should look like. It's a chance to understand what's happening, recognise what matters to you and explore ways forward that work for you.

Coaching for Young People Who Think Differently

Being neurodivergent can affect much more than learning or concentration. School, friendships, organisation, emotions and everyday expectations can all become overwhelming — particularly when a young person has spent a long time trying to mask these challenges.

My approach isn't about fixing a young person or making them better at fitting into a system that isn't working for them. It's about helping them understand their own experience, recognise their strengths and needs, and find a pathway which works for them.

Coaching Creates Choices

Coaching can help a young person step back from the chaos, understand themselves better and take greater control over their life and its direction.

The aim isn't to decide what's best for them — it's to help them have a meaningful voice in what happens next.
